A Bit About Me
Aisling Brady is a highly experienced and sought after publicist who spent over 20 years working for all kinds of organisations, from flagship theatre companies, to major film festivals, major music producers, government tourism bodies and international dance companies, through to prestigious not-for-profits and national charities.
Born in Ireland and raised in Sydney, Australia, Aisling could be found obsessing over books and all aspects of the creative arts from an early age. She spent many years travelling the world and has lived in seven different countries!
In 2015, after almost 20 years working in the arts, she began AE. Throughout her career she has worked for organisations such as the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, Murdoch Children's Research Institute, IMG, Cameron Mackintosh, Origin Energy, St Patricks Day Festival Dublin, Dance Theatre of Ireland, Riverside Theatres, Dainty Group, Flickerfest Film Festival and Tourism Victoria.
Aisling is a graduate of the Australian Writers Centre and studied a Bachelor of Arts (Communications & Journalism). In 2019, Aisling was a nominated finalist in the AusMumpreneur 2019 Victorian Business Excellence Awards.
Aisling is also a mummy and a wife and can generally be found enjoying a good laugh over a good wine! :)

Melissa is AE Creative’s admin guru and behind-the-scenes organiser, keeping projects moving and running smoothly, and clients supported with calm efficiency. As a business support specialist running her own business, MKS Virtual, she brings years of experience in streamlining systems, client liaison, and managing daily operations to ensure every detail is taken care of. Brisbane-based and globally experienced, Melissa is passionate about creating ease, structure and flow, ensuring every project, and every person, feels supported from day one.

With nearly a decade of experience in social media, Lessi lives and breathes content creation. Especially the kind that tells a compelling story and genuinely resonates with audiences. Lessi has spent years crafting scroll-stopping, social-first content designed to entertain and engage. In 2024, Lessi launched Shadow Social, a wedding content creation business focused on capturing behind-the-scenes magic on a couple’s most special day.
When not chasing love stories with a gimbal, Lessi collaborates with creative and inspiring brands to produce bold, authentic content that stands out in a sea of sameness. Lessi also brings extensive experience in the influencer and PR space, building strong relationships with creators and talent, producing engaging content, and partnering with them on opening nights, events, and campaigns.
